Las universidades p\u00fablicas e ind\u00edgenas enfrentaron el desaf\u00edo de garantizar la continuidad acad\u00e9mica mediante respuestas mayormente improvisadas y de car\u00e1cter transitorio.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Diversos estudios impulsados por la FUNPROEIB ANDES y universidades p\u00fablicas e ind\u00edgenas del pa\u00eds demostraron que la virtualizaci\u00f3n de la educaci\u00f3n se redujo, en muchos casos, al uso instrumental de herramientas tecnol\u00f3gicas, replicando pr\u00e1cticas presenciales tradicionales en formato digital. Esta situaci\u00f3n se vio agravada por problemas persistentes de conectividad, carencia de equipos adecuados y una formaci\u00f3n insuficiente en metodolog\u00edas de educaci\u00f3n virtual y uso estrat\u00e9gico de tecnolog\u00edas digitales.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En este contexto, el curso se plantea como una propuesta formativa orientada a fortalecer las capacidades de estudiantes que inician la educaci\u00f3n superior, promoviendo el uso cr\u00edtico, pr\u00e1ctico y pertinente de herramientas digitales y de la nube.
