En este contexto, la Universidad Mayor de San Sim\u00f3n desarroll\u00f3 normativas transitorias y diversas acciones institucionales orientadas a la educaci\u00f3n virtual, particularmente desde la Facultad de Humanidades y Ciencias de la Educaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Estas acciones incluyeron procesos de capacitaci\u00f3n docente, elaboraci\u00f3n de materiales tutoriales para estudiantes, investigaciones diagn\u00f3sticas sobre la formaci\u00f3n virtual y espacios de reflexi\u00f3n acad\u00e9mica sobre los desaf\u00edos de la universidad p\u00fablica en contextos de distanciamiento social. Paralelamente, la FUNPROEIB ANDES, en coordinaci\u00f3n con universidades p\u00fablicas e ind\u00edgenas, impuls\u00f3 investigaciones que evidenciaron limitaciones estructurales relacionadas con el acceso, la conectividad y el uso pedag\u00f3gico de las TIC.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Los resultados mostraron que, si bien gran parte del estudiantado universitario posee habilidades tecnol\u00f3gicas b\u00e1sicas y se desenvuelve como usuario frecuente de dispositivos digitales, el uso predominante de estas herramientas se orienta al ocio y no a procesos formativos.
